On Wednesday 11 November, coinciding with the Eighth International Conference of the Association of Science Parks and Technology of Spain (APTE), the innovation park ESADECREAPOLIS held its official opening.

The opening act institutional was done in a visit to ESADECREAPOLIS building and a conference at the Auditorium of St. Cugat by Cristina Garmendia, present Minister of Science and Innovation. The conference was preceded by parliaments (in order of appearance) from Pere Rifà, ESADECREAPOLIS president, Carlos Losada, Managing Director of ESADE, Felipe Romera, APTE President, Lluís Recoder, mayor of St. Cugat del Vallès and Josep Huguet, Counselor of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise.

The center, after officially opening, faces a new stage. ESADECREAPOLIS already has more than 50% occupancy, with over 40 companies, all from different sectors, sizes and organizational cultures.
